Now you can quickly and easily install ground anchored footings for free standing decks, sheds, ramps and more* - in minutes!

The all new Titan Deck Foot Anchor gives you the strength and security similar to a poured concrete footing without the labor, time and cost.

You are going to love it!

  • Turn a week long job into a weekend project.
  • Save money on labor, materials and time.
  • Install in the morning and build in the afternoon.

Easily Drive In Our Out

It's dependable Direct Drive system ensures you can drive the anchor forward or reverse for quick installation.

And our new Terra-Shift post bracket protects critical post to beam connections on your deck in the event of any seasonal soil movement.

  • Installs with a hand held impact wrench.
  • No sledge or jack hammers or heavy machinery.
  • Terra-Shift - A unique way to deal with frost or seasonal soil movement.

And it has been rigorously tested to ensure that if any uneven uplift forces are imposed on your footings causing one footing to rise and push up the post and beam while others may not rise evenly, posts will slide up or down independently as needed to protect and preserve the post and beam joints from separating.

How Does Frost Affect The Anchor?

The Deck Foot Anchor does not heave up from the ground like a fence post that is literally popped out of the ground a little bit each year. The Deck Foot Anchor remains anchored to the ground and moves with the soil as it expands up or settles down during freeze or thaw cycles.  Use only with free standing decks.

It's like a shock absorbing system for you deck!

"I had about 5 of my neighbors just in awe of them when I was installing six of them yesterday. Hardest thing was to prep and level the ground before drilling them in. Honestly took less than 20 minutes. Went down very straight and easy even in very thick clay soil. One of the best products I have seen. 10 out of 10." - Ken Bacchus, Brampton ON

So why dig? Why mix cement? Why wait days to build?

*Not intended for decks connected to a house, fences or other structures requiring lateral load resistance. For floating or free standing structures only.

WARNING: Your experience with this product is entirely dependent on your soil type.  Rocks or roots or a weak impact wrench can prevent the auger from driving fully into soil and an improperly sizes socket can strip the driver head.  Continuous torque for an extended period of time on the auger once it has been stopped by a rock or immobile obstruction can destroy the auger. The footing does not provide any significant lateral load resistance and should be used for compression load applications only.

Recommended Uses Designed for footings for decks that are not attached to the ledger of a house.  Keep deck ¾" to 1" away from foundation or siding to allow for settling or seasonal vertical movement.

Decks can be built as low as 2" above grade and as high as 10' if posts are braced to beam and joists.
Other Prepare site by removing sod and laying down 3" of ½" crushed stone and tamp down to compress.  Crushed stone compresses well and is porous so water flows away from plate without eroding loose soil in heavy rain.

Do not use for free standing posts such as fence posts. Not designed to provide significant resistance from lateral forces at top of post.

Deck Foot Anchor
Did The Trick (5/5)
By
Easy installation into clay. 20 min for 3 deck foot anchors. Be sure to remove sod and add gravel to LEVEL ground. After that was complete it was simple to drill down the post part and then ratchet the nut tight. I was using them on a small 10'x8' deck. I used a small post 21" to hold a beam for the joist.
It is solid and secure. This product worked very well in this situation. NO cement to mix is a nice benefit.
I would definitely use them again.

the Titan Deck Foot Anchoring system is the best on the market. These anchors are simple and easy to install. Just use a 1/2" Electric Impact Wrench to install. Highly recommend these to any home owner and contractor that builds decks of all kinds and sizes.

The way to go

These things are revolutionary...already planning my deck addition. I used a 1/2" socket instead of the 12mm and stripped the hex right of the anchor. the 12mm were perfect there on out.
